Handpicked and traditionally washed, this coffee is dried slowly on parabolic beds for up to 20 days, resulting in a clean, balanced cup with bright acidity, chocolate sweetness, and fruit-forward notes. Sourced through farmer cooperatives that emphasize quality, sustainability, and community support, each harvest reflects both care and collaboration.
